University of North Florida is a public university that was established in 1972. The University is a member of a part of the Florida State University System. The university campus which is an area of 1,400 acres, surrounded by a nature reserve located in Jacksonville, Florida, USA.

Through five colleges, including Coggin College of Business, College of Computing, Engineering and Construction, Brooks College of Health, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, and the Faculty of Education and Human Services, the university offers a wide range of majors courses with various degrees inside. In addition, the school ranks highly for service to students who are military veterans.

According to the university, although the university campus has been providing housing facilities, but most students choose to be outside the campus. In addition to campus housing facility, the university also has provided a wide range of organizations and sororities, including Greek Life, as a place to channel the talents of students in the organization as well as to add to the fraternity.

The university has also provided infrastructure for students who want to develop their talents and demonstrate achievements in the field of sports. Because, with the university's mascot, nicknamed the Osprey, the university's sports teams compete with other universities in competition NCAA Division I-AAA athletics.
