Tulane University is a private research university located in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States. The University was founded in 1834 and is one of the oldest institutions of higher education in New Orleans. According to the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, Tulane University is classified as a research university with a very high level.
Currently, through the school, including the School of Continuing Studies, School of Social Work, School of Science and Engineering, School of Liberal Arts, School of Medicine, School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, School of Business, School of Architecture, and the School of Law, higher education institutions and leading research center of a variety of majors fields of study with various degree programs in it.

Meanwhile, from the field of sports, students can develop their talents and demonstrate achievements in sports, by joining the university sports teams, which is known as the Green Wave, which competes with sports teams from other universities in the NCAA Division I athletics competition.
