Rider University

Rider University is a private university founded in 1865. In addition to having the main campus located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, United States, the university also operates one campus located in Princeton. The first president of this university is Andrew J. Rider, was a well known cranberry grower.

Through the school, including the College of Business Administration, College of Liberal Arts, College of Continuing Studies, and the Westminster College of the Arts, and the School of Education and Science, the university offers a wide range of majors courses with around 65 undergraduate and over 20 graduate programs.

According to official data university, university students come from various countries around the world, including from 41 states, 3 US territories and 77 countries. Not surprisingly, many young people from different countries studying in this university because of the quality of education is very advanced.

In addition to studying, students can also join with various organizations and sororities that have been provided by the university, such as math clubs and theater productions. In addition, there are also 11 fraternities that are recognized by the university.

Like other universities that have a tradition, the university also has a tradition of regularly held, for example, in celebration of Rider's profession-and aptly-named horse, Cranberry-the school hosts "Cranberry Fest" which is always celebrated every year by members of the university.

Although the university already has an official school mascot, nicknamed the Bronc, but there are also unofficial mascot term which also represents the identity of the university, which is the cranberry.

And from the fields of sports, students can develop their talents and demonstrate achievements in the sport, by joining the university sports teams. Because, this university has 20 athletic teams that compete with other universities in the NCAA Division I level competition.
