Profileuniversity.com - Colgate University is a small liberal arts college located in the village of Hamilton, Hamilton Township, Madison County, New York, USA. By one of the world's top magazine, FORBES, university, founded in 1819 was named the No. 11 Friendliest Town in America in 2012. And in 2014 yesterday, Colgate was awarded as the most beautiful campuses in America.

Through college and school, Colgate offers 54 majors and minors, with student call now expected to complete a liberal arts core curriculum prior to graduation. According to the university, the most popular graduates pursue careers that are financial services, health & medicine and technology and computing. Columbia, Harvard and Boston Universities are Among the top graduate schools graduates go on to attend.

One program at Colgate, the Global Leaders lecture series that has been successfully presenting people and famous figures in the world such as Bill Clinton and his wife, Hillary Clinton, Sir Richard Branson and the Dalai Lama. There are also other programs at this university are also very popular, Colgate's Thought Into Action program, which supports budding student entrepreneurs and this year's E-Weekend welcomed Ashton Kutcher and a panel for a "Shark Tank" -style program.
