Washington State University is a public research university founded in 1890. The university is located in Pullman, Washington, USA.

Through 12 colleges and schools, this university offers 90 majors for undergraduate field of study. Students only have to choose what faculty or school as they wish, including Carson contained College of Business, Voiland Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, College of Veterinary Medicine, College of Education, College of Health Sciences, and the College of Veterinary Medicine.

In addition to studying at campus universities, students at this university can also follow the program of study abroad which have been provided by the university, in approximately 18 countries around the world. Not just a place to study alone, the university is also a place for grizzly bear research, to identify and examine hibernation and understand how the heart can adapt to stressful conditions.

Many important people and well-known part of this university, one of which is Paul Allen, billionaire co-founder of Microsoft. There is a little story of Paul Allen with Bill Gates, Paull Allen is one of the students at this university for approximately 2 years, before dropping out of college to accept a job in Boston. He later convinced Gates to drop out of college in order to create Microsoft.

To support the activities of the students, the university has provided a wide range of facilities that can be used outdoors, for example, to place exercise for the students, such as football, basketball, volleyball, and rowing. In fact, this university has its own golf course. There was also the camp, mountain biking, snow skiing and rafting.

And for students who want to develop their talents and demonstrate achievements in sports, be incorporated into the university sports teams. With the Pac-12 athletic and dubbed Cougar mascot, the university sports teams compete with other participants in Ateltik NCAA Division I competition.
