Taylor University is a private university interdenominational evangelical Christian who founded in 1846. The University is one of the oldest Christian university in America, which is in Upland, Indiana.

Through the school, the university offers a variety of degree programs, ranging from undergraduate, graduate, to master, in more than 58 majors courses. Meanwhile, for the bachelor's degree program, the most popular being of elementary education and biology. Although the university has provided various programs majors fields of study, however, most students prefer courses like accounting majors, biology, and exercise science.

In addition to providing education on the university campus, the university also has cooperated with various countries around the world, in order to support students in study abroad programs. According to a university official data, there were approximately 80% of university students have had an experience with this study program. Meanwhile, for the academic calendar, the university is offering an optional program January interterm. Where in the program, Guild Honors students can study in South Africa, Bahamas, Jordan, and Ireland.

In accordance with Christian tradition at this university, students always contribute to mission trips and discipleships. After graduation, seniors receive a Taylor Towel, a symbol of Reviews their commitment to Jesus Christ. There is another tradition that is practiced by members of the university's students, especially for fans of basketball, which they will perform Silent Night at the basketball game the Friday night before the finals, not by singing but by dressing in pajamas and remaining silent until the 10th point of the game is scored.

And for students who have a talent in the field of sports and wanted to show his achievements in the sport, can join the university sports teams. With Trojan nickname, the university sports teams compete with other participants in the NAIA athletics competition.
