University of Hartford is a private university founded in 1877. The university has campuses located in several cities, namely in Bloomfield and Hartford, but its main campus located in West Hartford, Connecticut, United States.
Through the school, including the College of Arts and Sciences, College of Engineering, Technology, and Architecture, this university offers a wide range of majors fields of study, including 84 undergraduate majors, 11 associate's degree programs and 38 graduate degree programs.
Lots of activities conducted by each student on this campus. One of them during convocation, reviews their freshmen class banner sign that then hangs in the library for four years and is later displayed at commencement. In addition, students are not only able to study it, they can also join the various organizations and sororities that have been provided by the university. One of the university's student organization that is so active is a Greek Life, with eight social fraternities and six social sororities.
In addition, the university also has four capella groups, where students can participate in it with auditioned beginning of each year. In addition to the initial event of the year, the students at this university also can follow the celebration held every October. Where in the bualn, the university hosted a kickoff to the men's and women's basketball season, which is better known as the Midnight Mania.
And for students who want to develop their talents and demonstrate achievements in the field of sports, can join the university sports teams. With a sports team called the Hartford Hawks, the university sports teams compete with other participants in the NCAA Division I level of competition in the America East Conference.
